1. Services Offered
TurboSketch Projects, herein referred to as the brand "TurboSketch," provides Computer-Aided Design (CAD) drawing services, construction and project consulting (not statics), production management, and automotive and precision parts manufacturing to clients worldwide. Services include but are not limited to architectural and mechanical drafting, 3D modeling, engineering designs, and project management. We are not liable for the structural analysis
or general statics of objects we draw. An independent commissioned engineering office calculates the statics and transmits them to us if requested and will be additional charged for the client.
In General the company TurboSketch Projects acts in most cases as a General Contractor for the project, but if
damage caused an insurances is involved and if parts break during and after finishing is also an expertise
by the manufacturer needed which leads to longer waiting times of minimum 1-2 weeks.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete project requirements, including specifications, dimensions, and any relevant information necessary for the completion of the project. Any delays in providing the required information may result in project timeline adjustments.
3. Project Agreement
Upon mutual agreement of project scope, timeline, and cost estimation, both parties will sign a project agreement outlining the specifics of the project. The agreement will detail the deliverables, milestones, payment schedule, and any other relevant terms.
4. Payment
The Company "TurboSketch Projects" requires a deposit before commencing work on the project. Full payment must be made upon completion and delivery of the final CAD drawings, Delivering of Parts or Project finalization.
Exact payment requirements are described in the final project agreement for each client separately.
Late payments may incur additional fees or suspend further services until payment is received. No further services or projects will be started until previous invoices are fully paid.
5. Intellectual Property
All CAD drawings, designs, domains, websites, social media accounts, and related materials created by the Company brand 'TurboSketch' are the intellectual property of TurboSketch Projects. The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the final drawings for their intended purpose upon full payment. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of the 'TurboSketch' Company's work is prohibited. All use of not paid property/services and
trademarks will be fined by a lawyer.
6. Revisions and Modifications
Reasonable revisions or modifications requested by the client will be accommodated within the agreed-upon scope. Excessive revisions or modifications outside the scope may incur additional charges and extend project timelines.

7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information exchanged during the course of the project. This includes but is not limited to project details, drawings, and any other confidential information.
8. Liability
The Company shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use of the CAD drawings, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services upon written notice if the other party breaches the terms outlined in the agreement. In such cases, all outstanding payments for work completed must be settled.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of Germany
where the current HQ of TurboSketch is located, and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of said jurisdiction. This location could change during the development of our company TurboSketch Projects.
