Shipping and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing "TurboSketch"! We're committed to providing you with high-quality 
products and services. Please review our shipping and returns policy below.
All produced materials like laser parts or other products by us drawn get invoiced by our partner companies directly.


Shipping

  1. Delivery Method: Upon purchase, our products will be delivered via email, download link, 
    CD, or physical print, depending on the product type and customer choice.
  2. Delivery Time: Digital products will be delivered within the specified timeframe upon 
    completion of the purchase process and finished progress in the project.
    Delivery by Post (physical mail or Packet service) may variant or add additional delivery days
    depending on the Provider or Delivery option.
    We will not send out any products or services provided product if not 100% of the invoice sum is paid
    and received in our bank account. 
    2.1. The delivery time of physical products like CNC Laser parts or other Products should be between
          4-8 weeks after signed project agreement, if needed finishing CAD drawing and 
          per project agreement settled received upon payment.
  3. Shipping Charges: For physical deliveries (CDs or printed materials), shipping charges will be applied 
    and clearly communicated during the process/project agreement by a coworker of ours or at least before the product is ready for production. That means before the product or material goes into production.
    3.1.  For products of higher quantity, volume, or mass where a semi-truck is needed should be
           a forklift or similar by the client provided or in case of non-compliance on the part of the client
           we will charge the Rental cost of the forklift + a EUR 2000.00,- fee for non-compliance of
          the project agreement by the client.


Returns

Any Returns need to be accepted by us through our service team via mail.
Before you could claim an return, the invoice need to be 100% fully paid.
We will approve or decline any returns within 10 days after the 3-day notification period.
If it is the fault of the delivery company we will notify you about our decision via mail
after we receive the packet back from the delivery provider and checking and
inspection of the product (only valid fort physical products) (maximal 5 days after receiving)
If we accept the return we decide the way of refund to you.
In most cases, we will get you a newly produced and delivered item after we 
processed the return of the product/service. Additional cost for shipping apply for the 
send of the new product.
 

  1. Digital Products: Due to the nature of our (digital) products being easily replicable and non-returnable, we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds for these items. This includes CAD drawings 
    delivered via email or as download, CD, or printed format.
  2. Physical Deliveries: For products delivered physically (CDs or printed materials), returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt through the postal service. In such cases, please contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process.


Refunds

In General, we are not forced to accept any refunds for any product or service.
Please contact our service team if you need to return or replace a product of us 
need to be accepted by us (this decision will be sent to you via a separate Email, 
within 10 days after receiving information or problems from the customer).
We could decline any of the Refunds anytime in the decision period.

  1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds for physical deliveries will only be considered if the product is deemed defective or damaged and cannot be replaced.
  2. Refund Process: To request a refund for eligible items, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving the defective product. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days upon approval.
